MEC SIPHOKAZI LUSITHI TO HANDOVER HOUSE BUILT FOR KSD DISASTER AFFECTED FAMILY<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n East London——–<\/strong> In efforts to assist disaster hit communities and help rebuild the lives of those affected, Eastern Cape MEC for Human Settlements, Siphokazi Lusithi, will hand over a house to a destitute family in King Sabata Dalindyebo (KSD) LM on 09 September 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The beneficiary is 36- year- old Zoleka Tukani who has five dependents in Mputi village, Baziya. The Tukani family was left homeless when their house was destroyed by a heavy storm in 2020. The Department provided them with a temporary structure as an immediate intervention while awaiting a permanent solution.
