The handover is a build-up to the Provincial Youth Day Celebrations to be held in the Metro.<br \/>\nChatty 491 is a housing project that prioritises military veterans and their dependents. One of the beneficiaries to receive a house on the day is 41-year-old Nompumezo Sam who is currently living under poor conditions in a shack with her three children. Sam is the daughter of the late Xolile Valdez Sam who died while in exile.<br \/>\nA total of 491 families of military veterans from NMBMM will benefit from the project.
