Siphokazi Lusithi, will be handing over tittle deeds to 278 legal owners in Great Mouth Cwili, Great Kei Local Municipality on Thursday, 20 February 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nokwayiyo Damoyi (84) will be amongst the beneficiaries that MEC Lusithi will also be visiting in their homes as part of the handover.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Issuing of title deeds remains one of the department\u2019s priorities \u2013 thus ensuring that beneficiaries can legally own their properties.
