Her new home is part of the Komga Zone 10 Phase 1 Land Restitution Programme, which plans to deliver 570 housing units across seven farms\/villages in the area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In line with the Youth Month 2025 theme, \u201cSkills for the Changing World \u2013 Empowering Youth for Meaningful Economic Participation\u201d, the project has also empowered 75 young people through skills development and job creation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the second phase of the handover, Mama Nonyameko Eunice Msili (97)\u2014who lost her mud house during a disaster\u2014will receive a newly built, fully plastered 40m\u00b2 house with two bedrooms, a kitchen, and a dining area. Her case was brought to the attention of Premier Oscar Mabuyane, prompting swift action through a public-private partnership.
