Xoxentla Hlekwa, a 91 years old from Ntabankulu will be one of many to witness this prestigious moment happen to himself on his very own village Mankqoyini Village Friday, 26 July 2019.<\/p>\n<p>Providing decent homes to the most destitute and vulnerable beneficiaries by prioritising quality homes for the disabled, the elderly, childheaded families and military veterans remains MEC Pieter\u2019s priorities.<\/p>\n<p>Hlekwa is one amongst 500 beneficiaries whom are to benefit from Phungulelweni 500 project in the are.
