MEC Nonkqubela Pieters to hand over a brand new home to a Ntabankulu destitute, 91 years old man.

East London ——– The department of Human Settlements MEC Nonkqubela Pieters thrives on restoring the dignity of people with the provision of new homes. Xoxentla Hlekwa, a 91 years old from Ntabankulu will be one of many to witness this prestigious moment happen to himself on his very own village Mankqoyini Village Friday, 26 July 2019.

Providing decent homes to the most destitute and vulnerable beneficiaries by prioritising quality homes for the disabled, the elderly, childheaded families and military veterans remains MEC Pieter’s priorities.

Hlekwa is one amongst 500 beneficiaries whom are to benefit from Phungulelweni 500 project in the are. The Programme remains one of the transformative programmes which relates to Mandela’s deepest passion for the poor and disabled.
